Woman fined Dh3,000
The Dubai Court of Misdemeanour yesterday ordered a Dutch woman real estate agent C.K., 35, to pay a fine of Dh3,000 for intentionally damaging others’ belongings, including important documents.
On August 8, 2007, the defendant, C.K., had gone to the Emirates Hill villa of her former husband, S.S., 35, a Dutch manager of Dubai Internet City.
Following a fight with him, she started damaging the belongings of his new wife, J.M., 33, an Iraqi manager of an event management company.
S.S. later called the police while his divorcee was still in the house. Source
